Class Schedule

This course will cover adult, child, and infant CPR.  We also will cover AED, bag valve mask, and choking.  The course will be taught from a DVD, and then the participants will practice the skill, complete a skills check off, as well as a written test to be passed with 84% or better.

Audience: Physicians, Nurses, EMS Personnel, Nursing Students, Respiratory/Occupational Therapists, CNA's, and CMA's.

Approximate Length: 4 hrs

DEADLINE for signing up for this class is 72 Hours BEFORE the scheduled class takes place.  This allows time to get materials ready.

The course will be taught from a DVD, and then the participants will practice the skill, and complete a skills check off.

This course meets OHSA's requirements for First Aid Training, Covers general knowledge, medical emergencies, injuries, as well as environmental emergencies. CPR (includes adult, child, and infant) and AED are automatically included with this course.

Audience: Non-EMS Firefighters, Police, Daycare workers, Teachers, Security Guards, Personal trainers, Health Club Workers, and anyone in the General Public.

This course does not meet the requirements for nursing students.  Nursing students need the BLS for Healthcare Providers course.

Course Length: 4 hours (no breaks)

After you have activated your ONLINE Key Code and you have completed the ONLINE Course and Test, you then have to print out the certificate, stating that you completed the ONLINE portion. 

You will then contact CPR 4 YOU LLC at 785-393-1938 or by emailing:  CPR4YOULLC@GMAIL.COM to schedule your skills check off session.  Be sure to bring your printed certificate. 

YOU MUST DO THIS PORTION (Check Off of Skills Session) WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER YOU COMPLETE THE ONLINE PORTION AND PRINT YOUR CERTIFICATE. THE CERTIFCATE HAS THE DATE COMPLETED ON IT. IF IT IS NOT COMPLETED WITHIN 60 DAYS, YOU HAVE TO RETAKE AND PAY TO TAKE THE WHOLE COURSE AGAIN.  NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. 

Within 2 weeks of passing the final session, you will receive your BLS for Healthcare Providers card in the mail.

Upon completion of the ONLINE - HEARTSAVER: FIRST AID, CPR, & AED course, you will print out a certificate of completion.

You will then contact CPR 4 YOU LLC at 785-393-1938 or by emailing:  CPR4YOULLC@GMAIL.COM to schedule your skills check off session.  Once a date/time for your skills check off is set, please go to CPR4YOULLC.INFO and select CHECK OFF OF SKILLS - HEARTSAVER: FIRST AID, CPR, AED (additional fee).

YOU MUST DO THE CHECK OFF OF SKILLS WITHIN 60 DAYS OF COMPLETING THE ONLINE PORTION. THE CERTIFCATE HAS THE DATE COMPLETED ON IT. IF IT IS NOT COMPLETED WITHIN 60 DAYS, YOU HAVE TO RETAKE AND PAY TO TAKE THE WHOLE COURSE AGAIN.  NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED. 

Within 2 weeks of passing the final session, which is the CHECK OFF OF SKILLS session, you will receive your Heartsaver: First Aid, CPR, AED card in the mail.

This self-paced course is accessible anytime from any computer. Students can access the Heartsaver: First Aid, CPR, AED Manual for 24 months.

This’s option is available only if your certification was completed in the last two years and was sent to you via a wallet card, and now you need as an electronic card.

Students generally require 1-2 hours to complete the online portion of the course.  (Each individual will vary.)

Audience: Physicians, Nurses, EMS Personnel, Nursing Students, Respiratory/Occupational Therapists, CNA's, and CMA's.

This course can be utilized for first time certification or recertifcation.

You pay the price online through CPR4YOULLC.INFO (which will cover the online portion).  You will then receive an email with a Key Code and directions on what to do next.  You will go online with your Key Code and review information about the following concepts:

• Chain of survival
• BLS/CPR for Adults
• AED for Adults & Children 8 years of age and older
• BLS/CPR for Children from 1 year of age to puberty
• BLS/CPR for Infants
• AED for Infants and for Children 1 to 8 years of age
• CPR with Advanced Airway
• Mouth-to-Mouth Breaths
• Rescue Breathing
• Relief of choking

You will then take an ONLINE TEST that has to be completed in 1 setting.  Two attempts at the test will be offered and the test must be passed with 84% or better.

You then have to print out the certificate, stating that you completed the ONLINE portion. 

You will then contact CPR 4 YOU LLC at 785-393-1938 or by emailing:  CPR4YOULLC@GMAIL.COM to schedule your skills check off session.  Be sure to bring your printed certificate.  YOU MUST DO THIS PORTION WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER YOU COMPLETE THE ONLINE PORTION AND PRINT YOUR CERTIFICATE. Students generally require 1.5 - 2.5 hours to complete the online portion of the course.  (Each individual will vary.)

Audience: Workplace Training, First Responders, Babysitters/Daycare Providers or ANYONE

This course can be utilized for first time certification or recertifcation.

You pay the price online through CPR4YOULLC.INFO (which will cover the online portion).  You will then receive an email with a Key Code and directions on what to do next.  You will go online with your Key Code and review information about the following concepts:

• First Aid Basics
• Medical Emergencies
• Injury Emergencies
• Environmental Emergencies
• CPR & AED

You then have to print out the certificate, stating that you completed the ONLINE portion.
